The products that GyaanInfinity sells in this store are digital goods and cannot be “returned,” so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
Before you ask for a refund
If you have purchased an item from our store and are experiencing a technical issue, we recommend contacting us about that item and seeking assistance. Often, we’ll be able to troubleshoot and resolve your problem.
Items that have not been downloaded
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 1 month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We’ll verify your claim that the item has not been downloaded. Although we believe 1 month is a reasonable time, depending on your location, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased the item for personal use and haven’t downloaded it.
Server-related issues
If your server has an issue or does not meet the script’s server requirements, we will not accept your refund request. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their server meets the required specifications before purchase.
Refund amount
If you are eligible for a refund, we will deduct 5% from the amount you paid to cover payment gateway fees. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
Policy Changes
GyaanInfinity reserves the right to modify our Refund Policy from time to time without prior notice. We encourage customers to regularly review the policy to stay informed of any changes.
