If you’re tired of power banks that feel thicker than your phone, then Xiaomi’s new accessory product might pique your interest. The company has officially launched its Ultrathin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W in the UK market, which users can purchase directly from Xiaomi’s website.

The biggest highlight of this power bank is its design. At just 6mm thick and weighing 98 grams, it’s almost as thin as an iPhone Air. Xiaomi has used a 5,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which provides decent backup despite the slim body. This makes it more practical for everyday use, rather than heavy travel.

In terms of charging, this power bank supports wireless charging up to 15W, while the USB-C port offers 22.5W speeds. However, iPhone users should note that wireless charging is limited to 7.5W, which is slower than Qi2 power banks.

According to Xiaomi, this magnetic power bank is compatible with the iPhone 17 series, iPhone Air, Samsung, Google Pixel, and the latest flagship phones from OnePlus. The design also specifically matches the silver finish of the iPhone 17 Pro, as it features an anodized aluminum unibody.
