What kind of problems were most prevalent?
According to Xiaomi, before HyperOS 3.0, several devices were most affected in three major areas:
- Sudden screen blackouts during gaming

- Random issues related to Bluetooth, NFC, and the camera
All of these issues have now been resolved in the new HyperOS 3.0 software build.

Update not yet available? No need to worry
If you haven’t yet received the HyperOS 3.0 update on your phone, Xiaomi says that:
- The update is being rolled out in batches
- It will take some time to reach all affected devices
So, you’ll have to be a little patient.
My Opinion
This HyperOS 3.0 update shows that Xiaomi is now focusing not only on adding new features but also on seriously fixing existing bugs. If issues like those related to gaming, connectivity, and stability persist for extended periods, the user experience suffers, and Xiaomi has addressed these issues this time around.
If these fixes work effectively at the ground level, HyperOS 3.0 could prove to be the most stable Xiaomi software update yet for many users.
