Xiaomi has officially introduced the Redmi Note 15 Series to the Nigerian market. The launch took place on January 28th in Lagos, where the company unveiled three smartphones—the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 15 5G, and Redmi Note 15.
This time, Xiaomi’s focus appears to be on real-life usability rather than design. According to the company, this series is designed for users who need a rugged, reliable, and long-lasting phone for everyday use.

In terms of battery, the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G is the most powerful. It features a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery and 100W HyperCharge support. Xiaomi has also confirmed that all three models support reverse charging.

This setup comes with 2× and 4× optical-level in-sensor zoom, DAG HDR, and AI processing. The Pro models feature a 200MP HP3 sensor, while the standard REDMI Note 15 comes with a 108MP camera system.
For performance, the Pro+ 5G features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and Xiaomi’s IceLoop cooling system. It also supports HyperAI, Google Gemini, and Circle to Search with Google. A key feature is Xiaomi Offline Communication, which allows for voice transmission even when there’s no network.
